A distinct identity for Fleur Developments’ collection of luxury homes in idyllic North Norfolk.

Blending traditional exteriors with contemporary interiors, the development needed a look that captured the quality of the build and its surroundings.

With research revealing a third of all properties bought in North Norfolk were second homes, our aim was to sell the lifestyle as well as the homes – beautiful beaches, seaside villages, flint cottages and nature reserves are all within reach.

Inspired by its surroundings, Parrishes was born from the landscape with a colour palette depicting local flint and a brand mark and typeface inspired by the village’s Augustine priory.

An aspirational brochure was designed to sell this captivating location and reflect the craftsmanship of the properties. Woodcut illustrations of the coastline and surrounding countryside were used as a texture throughout, while illustrated maps and watercolour property illustrations and site plans gave it a unique feel.

The brochure is exceptional, almost a mini tour guide.
