The project was to develop a new brand identity to accurately represent the quality and prestige of Orchard homes.
A renowned developer in the heart of Norfolk, Orchard builds small, but exclusive, collections of stunning countryside homes featuring high-quality specifications and picturesque development plans.
However, the developer’s founders were concerned the quality of its homes and its reputation in the county was not evident in their brand mark or associated marketing collateral.
A sophisticated logotype was crafted featuring a subtle ‘Orchard’ apple within the negative space of the ‘A’. While a traditional, refined, but confident colour palette was employed in a complete set of new brand guidelines, featuring guidance on a more appropriate tone of voice.
New signage and van livery also contributed to improve Orchard’s image and buyers’ perceptions of them as prestigious developers.
