Building engagement with Heritage Developments’ brand
We developed creative solutions that reaffirmed Heritage’s reputation for building houses that are loved and cherished. From family homes to riverside apartments, our designs were tailored to differing audiences – yet consistent with the brand identity.
The objective with Colchester’s Colne View apartments was to engage with potential buyers before construction began. The target audience was a generation seeking to live outside London in an area buzzing and full of culture – but not so far as to make commuting arduous. Inspired by the location, waves were used construct the brand mark’s letterform – finished on the brochure’s cover in a glimmering blue foil.
Professional couples and young families were the target for Norfolk’s Poppyfields development. The brochure’s bold one-colour cover gave it focus, with an area for the property name framed with a unique pattern.
The result of our work was the sale of all houses and apartments.
