We created the name, visual identity and marketing for Crayfern Homes’ new development in Hampshire.
Exclusively for over 55s, Fernhills, in Rowlands Castle, features 10 high-specification bungalows. The name and identity was developed to reflect the build quality and the rural setting, which leaves residents closer to rolling farmland, ancient woodland, and the South Coast.
The solution was based on research and insight from our UX Designer, who created customer personas – the foundations for us to craft the visual identity focused perfectly on the target audience. We also developed a perfectly pitched tone of voice that was carried through into the copywriting for the 28-page brochure, newspaper advertising, and associated marketing collateral.
Within the first two months of marketing the site, post lockdown, four of the 10 plots were listed as reserved after the brochure was used as the focus of a local marketing campaign.
